Pricing for a transfer to the Friedland reception camp (Grenzdurchgangslager Friedland) is always individual, because every trip differs: the arrival airport, the number of passengers, the amount of luggage, the time of day and child seats all affect the final figure. We work with fixed prices. The amount agreed before departure does not change because of traffic on the A7, waiting time in arrivals after a delayed flight or an extra suitcase you told us about in advance. Distance is the main factor. A ride from Hanover Airport (HAJ) to Friedland is considerably shorter than one from Munich (MUC) or Düsseldorf (DUS), so the price differs accordingly. The second factor is people and luggage: a family of six with eight suitcases fills the Volkswagen Caravelle Long completely, while two passengers with hand luggage need less space and less loading time.

Night and early morning arrivals, intermediate stops along the route, child seats and boosters as well as trips on public holidays are taken into account too. Mention these details in your very first message to the bot and the quote you receive will be final.

Requesting a price commits you to nothing. You are free to compare it with train, coach or another operator and come back later. For the calculation we do not need passport details, visa numbers or BVA documents, only the route, the date and the number of passengers. Personal data is requested only when the booking is confirmed and is processed in line with the GDPR.
